New Year’s Resolutions
Our Team’s 2025 resolutions are:
…to be kind.
Being kind to just one other person can have a massive chain reaction. Kind acts can turn a bad day into a good one, but kindness can also help people make different choices that impact their lives. You never know what someone is going through. Once someone has received compassion, they are more likely to share it with someone else; thus, the cycle keeps going.
–Stacy Brilliant, COO
…to read more.
In 2025, I plan to read more. This plan is part of the larger plan to write more! And good writers need to read!
–Wendy Tovsky, Client Services Manager
…to complete renovations and keep things simple.
I am planning some home improvement to renovate my bathroom and bedroom.
I also want to reduce stress, keep things simple, and spend more quality time with my family.
–Chris Convery, Employee Benefits Specialist
…to focus more on myself and "self-care".
With three small children, the focus is on taking care of them and their activities. I want to find more time in 2025 to do more for myself and maybe even find a hobby.
In 2025, I would also like to find time to read more. It goes hand in hand with my self-care goal.
My third resolution is to focus less on my phone to help me have more time for what matters most.
–Melanie Tumolo, Director of Employee Benefits
…to spend more time on giving and mentoring.
I plan on spending more time with charitable endeavors overall.
I will also be helping and mentoring my kids as Future Business Leaders of America.
–Scott D. Edelman, BFA™, President and Founder, Investment Advisor Representative
…to work out more.
My resolution is to go to the gym 3 times a week in 2025.
