A qualifying event allows you to enroll in health insurance outside the yearly Open Enrollment Period. There are 4 basic types of qualifying life events: loss of health coverage, change in household, change in residence, other qualifying events
- A Path to Pennie (for uninsured tax filers)
If you recently filed your PA tax return, you may have completed a form called REV-1882, electing to receive information about enrolling in health coverage available through Pennie.
- Does your income qualify you?
Pennsylvania residents who reported income that is at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty level are eligible for a special enrollment period.
