We are in the height of the Open Enrollment “season” but there is still time to review your options. Open Enrollment is the time of year when you can review your plan coverage and benefits and make any changes which usually go into effect January 1st. Outside of Open Enrollment you must experience a "qualifying life event" in order to make coverage or plan changes.
Individual Consumer / PENNIE Open Enrollment (Yes we are a PENNIE-certified office.)
Open Enrollment: November 1, 2024 – January 15, 2025
This is the annual Open Enrollment period when you can buy health insurance. If you don’t enroll during this time, you can’t sign up until the next Open Enrollment period unless you have a qualifying life event in which case you'll have a special open enrollment period.
Medicare Annual Election Period (PDP and MA/MAPD Plans)
Open Enrollment: October 15, 2024 – December 7, 2024
This is the annual period to enroll, disenroll, or change your Medicare plans. Available to all MA and PDP eligible beneficiaries. Beneficiaries should check for any plan and/or premium changes at this time.
Company Sponsored/Group Health Insurance
