- Pennsylvania’s Open Enrollment for 2026 has been extended to December 31, 2025 for coverage beginning January 1, 2026.
- The full enrollment period is open until January 15, 2026, for coverage starting February 1st.
Key Dates:
Enroll by December 31, 2025 for coverage to begin on January 1, 2026. (This was an extension from the original December 15 deadline.)
Enroll by January 31, 2026 for coverage starting February 1, 2026.

You must experience a qualifying life event (like losing other coverage, getting married, having a baby) to enroll outside the Open Enrollment window.
