Capritti has worked in the insurance and investment industry for the past 25 years focusing on retirement income planning. Capritti specializes in insurance, investments and annuities and helping retirees with their financial needs—while striving to give them much-needed confidence—after their careers have ended.
Post-retirement financial strategies can be complicated and Capritti helps clients review their IRAs and incomes, manage their required minimum IRA distributions and establish—and help reach—post-retirement financial goals.
She has previously managed a $50 million financial planning practice for 19 years, including compliance practices, portfolio review, and investment research, retirement income planning and working with high net worth clients.
While working for Phoenix Home Life, Capritti managed the administrative staff and new business processing departments for three financial advisory offices. She was also responsible for overseeing and coordinating this function for more than 50 advisors and staff.
Capritti attended Montclair State University, has been married for 29 years and lives with her husband and son in Florence Township, N.J. Active in the community, she is a member of the Florence Township Education Foundation and a former president of the Florence Township High School Parents Organization.
